Have been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally did. A lot of options and I opted for a good old peach cobbler with ice cream. The portions are big. The ice cream was delicious and cobbler was rich and sweet. Our cashier was very nice and attentive.

Had no business coming here again but it was so dang good! We came on a Friday when flights are buy one get one 1/2 off. We were being big backed so save the judgement

I definitely have been eyeing this place for a while and have perused the reviews to lead me in the right direction. I definitely feel if you have your specialty in your title of your restaurant, then your customer deserves the best of whatever it is that you specialize in. Let's face it, peach cobbler is such a delicious dessert! Especially topped with a generous scoop of high-quality ice cream. The sweet on sweet just works and is worth the extra calories. TBH, if the cobbler is good, it's good without ice cream, but I prefer that contrast of hot and cold. Gimme the ice cream, please. So my friend also wanted to try this place as well so it gave me the push to try their items. She decided on the classic peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream and I ordered the cherry cobbler with vanilla ice cream. First, the ice cream is top tier rich and creamy with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Is it Blue Bell? I don't know, but it is good stuff! Very good, I could wat it by itself. I tried my friend's peach cobbler, and it was hands down, maybe the top 6 peach cobbler I have had. It's really good. Now, I really enjoyed my cherry cobbler. The best cherry dessert I have had! Well, top 5. The only thing I took one star off is it is not tart enough. I like the tartness of cherry desserts. This was more on the sweeter side. It was really good though. They also sell brownies, churros, cookies, and cinnamon rolls. They all look good but I will be back for the cobbler. They have a blackberry and apple cobbler as well. I'm surprised they don't have blueberry desserts. Solid establishment. I shall be back.

A friend told me about this place so we tried it out after getting lunch. It's a pretty cool concept and they have a variety of options to choose from. I opted for a flight (they had buy one get one half off flights on Fridays and other weekly specials). I chose the sweet potato peach cobbler, the cinnamon praline peach combler, the OG banana pudding and the New York cheesecake pudding. Overall, everything was pretty good if you like peach cobbler, banana pudding and just sweet/sugary desserts in general. My friend and I each got our own flight (we were being greedy AF) but you could absolutely split alight among two people or if you just want a little snack, you can split it among 4 and everyone could just get their own.

If you love cobbler you'll absolutely love this place. It's located in a plaza that is easy to get to and smells soooo good! The desserts are mostly but not limited to just cobblers- I can tell you that they have "flights" of cobbler- 4 cobblers ( and it comes with ice cream ) of your choice. There were 12 different kinds and so I had ordered 3 flights. Hahaha, even though we couldn't finish them all, we took them home for dessert the next day. The gentleman who took our order was very kind and patient with me while I made up my mind. The inside of the place was very clean and inviting. It was about 100° outside and this was a very refreshing place to be. It was a little higher priced but it was well worth everything we purchased and it was freshly made on site. Next visit to Texas, I'll be stopping by there again... Also, the bathroom was clean and neat.

Why 5 stars? Because if you like dessert, you need to live here. --- --- --- The name of the business is pretty misleading because basically every type of dessert that exists can be purchased at the Peach Cobbler Factory. They have cobblers, brownies, cookies, puddings, cinnamon rolls, waffles, churros and ice cream. My wife and I heavily labored over what to order and ultimately decided on cherry cobbler and a banana pudding brownie. I would have been very happy with about 15 other items, but we had to pick something, so that's what we settled on. The brownie was had some really sharp chocolate, which I didn't love, but I recognize I am in the minority on that. The banana pudding on top was great, though. And while cherry cobbler is not something I'd choose if it were solely my decision, I will admit that it was pretty awesome. Especially with the ice cream. Initially, only my wife was going to get a treat here, and then we were going to go somewhere else for me. But once I took a look at the menu, I realized that there would be no going on to another place.

As a fan of home cooked peach cobbler, I was very skeptical of any business with any expertise. However, after reviewing and learning about the restaurant concept I was interested in trying the product. I didn't sample any of the dozens of cobblers desserts but I did try the Maple Syrup Cinnamon Roll. It was really good and I have an incredible high bar when it comes to cinnamon rolls. The pastry has a hint of peach flavor and just enough maple syrup to be uniquely delicious. Ok I'm still skeptical of the cinnamon rolls but I plan to go all in on next visit based on the cinnamon rolls alone.

Peach Cobbler Factory is now one of my staples! Not that it needs to be...lol! I didn't want to get my hopes up the first I visited, but they did not disappoint at all. I've had the classic peach, strawberry peach, and mango peach. The mango peach might be my favorite. They sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top the ice cream, nice little touch. The times I've gone, the wait has not been long. Service is good as well. There is room to sit and enjoy your treats. The decor is very bright and fun, I love their grass wall. Check them out!

It's black history month, so what better time to try a black owned business. Let me start off by saying I'm not a huge cobbler fan, however this place had nearly perfect reviews and I was craving something sweet so I decided to stop by. We got an order of the black berry cobbler and it was so good. I love berries so I was very pleased! I love the concept of this place. I mean there's so many options to choose from and everything looks heavenly. Definitely coming back to try the peach cobbler.

Peach cobbler and pudding under 1 roof is heaven sent. I enjoy making both of these desserts, yet I really enjoyed that when I had a craving, I didn't have to slave over my stove! I walked in, and I was greeted immediately. The staff even provided recommendations, which i gladly took into consideration. They had so many things i didn't know where to start. I got the dessert flight to go. It comes with 4 options of pudding/ cobbler of your choosing Peach cobbler 9/10 Carmel apple cobbler 8/10 Red velvet pudding 6/10 I wish it had more red velvet in there NY cheesecake pudding 10/10 Complimentary ice cream 7/10 plain vanilla I'll definitely be back because they have a variety of sweets. They don't call it a factory for nothing. I want to try so many things. They're reasonably priced, and the portions are a good size. Not only can you dine in or order to go, but they're available on Doordash, and they cater. Katy needed a dessert spot, and I'm happy it's them! Especially since they're open until 10 pm. Be sure to bring a card they don't accept cash! The system they use does have a lag when processing
